Punching led module channel letter is a common AD character in our daily life,because of high hurricane resistant,high brightness,easy protection,it is a very popular products,so how does punching led module channel letters be made ? here i'd like to introduce the production knack.
First.Prepare the production tools :30w or 40w electric soldering iron、soldering tin、electric drill、glue gun、screw driver and so on;
Second.Prepare the material :Formed tin word、glass glue、resistor、cable、led module special used power supply;
Then start production ,detail procedure as below :
1) Drilling hole:Fixed the out sourcing tin word in a suitable direction ,drilling hole with electric drillings:5mm or 8mm,it depends on the height and production cost,usually the module center distance is 10-30mm,the shorter the distance,the better product and the higher cost;
2) Insert the lamp:Clean the well drilled hole and then arrange;
3) Connect the wire :First cascade, then in parallel with the power supply,the procedure maybe difficult,but no worry,
AD compaines already have ready-made led module string light which can be connected to wire,every light has it's reserved thread residue.Usually red ones connect to positive pole of the power supply,black ones connected to negative pole.
