1,Size tolerance when opening mould ,should control the installation structure,sculpture workers should repair the document,well considered the blister and deburring in order to meet customer's requirements;

2,Should be considered how to save as many materials and costs as possible when acrylic and so on materials needed,check the consistency of material before cutting;

3,Dolly set corners cannot bear the gravity,that will leads the mould be crushed,especially please don't nailed the mould in reverse side,noted the height between top and bottom mould ,check whether the mould was well polished before blister (mass production and special height required );

4,The edge process not been equal,needs to leave an accurate size ,needs smooth and equal;

5,Alclad position not been correct,too big crack in the joint,needs to be packing firmly;

6,Metal baseboard needs to be delicate and varnish;

7,Double-deck algam glass cement not been equably smeared,glue drying time must be leaved;

8,Installation not been equal,wire connection needs to be considered,must test the lighting effect,glass glue needs to be smeared firmly and nicely;

9,Wire connection process needs to be reasonably and firmly,all should be connected to the returning conductor in case turnoff happened;

10,Clean the bottom case before installation,avoiding not firmly bonding between lights and bottom case,check color consistency of lights;

11,Panel foils needs to be firm and smooth,cannot have bubble or glue shadow,needs to do lighting tests;

12,Be sure to do tests after production process,then cleaning and packing;

13,Clean the operating place and classify the tools after packing process.
