LED module using instruction

1.The light source of luminous characters used at present is mainly general settings input voltage which is DC12V, these kind of 3 or 4
is very common, they need through  constant voltage switching power supply to input DC12V as power supply, for that reason it must be careful when install luminous characters, if it did not install switching power supply, do not let the luminous characters or LED light source modules access to the mains ac 110 v directly, otherwise the LED light source will broken down for the high voltage.
2. In order to avoid switching power supply's long-term full load working, the best load power for switching power supply and LED is 1:0.8, according to this setting, the product's life span will be longer.
3.If the modules series are more than 25 pcs, those modules should be connected seperatedly, then they should be parallelledly connected by high quality copper wire whose diameter is 1.5 milimeters to the light box, power line should be as shorter as possible, if  the length is over 3 meters, the diameter of the copper wire should be widen.
4.Enough luminosity is required.visible luminosity of module spacing is required between 3 and 6cm, the thickness of word can be between 5 and 15cm. two kinds of LED lighting sources can use luminous words:piranhas and small straw hat.the piranhas luminous module is applied to the luminous words  for which the height of the word wall between 8 to 15 cm
5. In the process of using LED luminous module, attention should be paid to voltage drop. Be care not to make only one loop to connect in series, which not only cause different brightness between the head and the tail due to different voltage, but also leads to circuit board overburning because of over-loaded single circuit. The correct way is to connect shunt circuit as much as possible to ensure rational allocation of voltage and electric current.
6.If antiseptic material needs to be used in internal space ,white primer will be better ,can increase its Reflective coefficient.
