The difference between Samsung lamp bead and Non- Samsung lamp beads

1. Appearance：

Lamp beads bracket:  Clearly we can see Samsung lamp bead has 4 pins , people call it 5630 which is popular for a time because of its 130lm/w , most of Chinese made lamp bead has 2 pins , people call it 5730 to avoid Samsung patent , because the optical efficiency of this type Lamp beads bracket is good , see as picture：

Requirements during using outdoor LED module

LED module is to array the luminous diode according to certain rules,then encapsulation,adding  waterproof process,that is called LED module.The application of LED module is extensive,so do you know any attention needs to be noted during using LED module (for LED module classification,click <<Classification of LED module >> ).

First,the normal LED module use 3 LEDs,5 LEDs,6 LEDs ,they need to output by constant switching power supply,so be note whether open the switching power supply when installate the channel letters,be sure not connect outdoor LED modules to 220V voltage directly,or it will be burnt.

Second,To avoid switching power supply long time overload working,the best load power of switching power supply and LED module is 1:0.8,by this ratio,the operating time of outdoor LED module will be longer.

Third,if exceed 25 series ,it should be connected separately, then parallel them with high quality copper wire,power line should not be too long , remember to cut redundant wire in module end and stick firmly,avoid short out.

How to use LED Injection Modules properly

LED Injection Modules was used to display AD letters and night signages,not only take advantage in night time,but also in daytime.When night falls,LED lighting module brings it’s gorgeous lights,that makes visible for customers from distance  ( out door LED module operating requirements,click << Key knowledge point of LED module

So how to use led sign module properly ?that’s also the way to ensure security and operating time .Currently used channel letter light source,usually input the voltage by regular settings ,normal types are DC12V 3LED,5LED,6LED,,needs putting out by constant voltage power driver.So pay attention to open and close the driver when installation,remember not connect 220V AC,or LED will be burnt.

Second is to use it properly ,don’t work overload ,load power ratio of switching power supply shoud be 1:0.8.If exceed 25 series ,it should be separated and connect,then parallel them with copper wire which is bigger than 1.5 SQMM.

Third,visibility between modules should be around 5m,to ensure the enough brightness.

Fourth,pay attention to voltage decreasing problem,try paralleling some return circuit,distribute voltage and current properly,avoid inconformity of brightness and burn the PCB because of too big single current.
