A new type led lighting module successfully developed

Yayuhong Optoelectronic& Technology developed a new kind of AD lighting module,which is differentfrom traditional dripping module and LED injection module. Shiningappearance,reasonable structure ,with excellent material,those makes anunparalleled products in both beautifulness and reliability .

We named “SmallLighting Source Module Carrier”(short for “SmallModule Carrier”below)for this new module,it can not only carry any type CreeSMD light sources,but also can emit any Osram square type LED lightsources(lighting level ), besides,we can also carry Samsung and LG lightsource.Generally we use Cree and Osram light source,we have many yearspartnership with them.

We have an internal name forthis kind of module,it’s YYH-15DXXX-M3X-XXX,with 63mm length,15mm width and 8.5mmheight,pure white top shell and bottom shell.use ABS ＋PCmixture,the suitable proportion makes the module rather firm.the Emitting colordivide into red,yellow,blue,green,white(warm white,pure white and coolwhite),the single power between 0.2w-3w ,total power is between 0.6w-9w,currently no single 3w 3 led module and 9w power module in china market),it canmeet different AD signage product needs ,lumen between 70-950 lm ，the driving voltage is between 12v-110v(traditional driving voltage is12v,this is

notan scientific combination between power supply using and module connection.Highvoltage and low current is a trend in the coming future.

For the procedure andstructure,our method is to weld top and bottom shell,this can make real IP68,sono need to worry about the waterproof function when using.besides,ABS itselfhas flame-retardant function,adding fire retardant on the shell.compare totraditional module,we have unparallel advantage in both waterproof andfireproof.

We fully use UL certifiednational standard cable,currently the copper core number is 41,different specmodule quantity of a series is between 50-2000 pcs,based on different drivingvoltage and light source voltage (it’s convenient and saving wheninstallation,and will not exist brightness difference anymore )

To fix the module,werecommend using screw ,sure it’s ok to use 3M glue when low power,the normaloperation temperature is between -40°and 85°。Forexample,if export to Russia,the key parts we use is conform to militarystandard which will not effect it’s function due to low temperature,we promise50000 hours above lifespan(unless problem from your power supply).
